Cancellation
We understand that unexpected events can arise, but we kindly request the following to ensure the smooth operation of our services:
- 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24-hour notice. This allows us to make necessary adjustments and potentially offer the time slot to other clients.
- Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee of $44.
- Exceptions: We understand that true emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible in the case of an unavoidable emergency, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
- Purpose: Our cancellation policy is designed to protect our time and resources while respecting your needs. By providing ample notice for cancellations, we can better serve all of our valued clients.
